摘　　要：电梯鼓式制动器结构简单,便于制造和维护,广泛应用于电梯的制停部件。但受制于鼓式制动器的结构原理和维护保养不当等因素,鼓式制动器故障隐患率偏高,且故障、隐患种类多。在日常检验过程中也遇到多例鼓式制动器的严重隐患,不及时处理将导致严重后果。本文对鼓式制动器的故障、隐患进行分类识别,并加以归纳分析,探究隐患成因,并提出有针对性的检验指引,及时消除故障、隐患,进一步提升电梯鼓式制动器的安全性。Elevator drum brake is simple in structure,easy to manufacture and maintain,and is widely used in elevator stop parts.However,subject to the structural principle of the drum brake and improper maintenance and other factors,drum brake failure hidden trouble rate is high,and there are many kinds of failure and hidden trouble.We also encounter many serious hidden dangers of drum brakes in the daily inspection process,and failure to deal with them in time will lead to serious consequences.In this paper,the faults and hidden dangers of drum brake are classified and identified,and summarized and analyzed,the causes of hidden dangers are explored,and targeted inspection guidelines are proposed to eliminate the faults and hidden dangers in time,and further improve the safety of elevator drum brake.
