摘　　要：本文设计了一种电流法自动检测电梯平衡系数的方法和系统。原理为:在轿厢与对重位置相对水平后,轿厢顶部放置的便携式无线传感器实时发送无线信号给手持终端,终端记录此时钳形电流互感器的输出信号经过数据处理后得到的瞬时有效电流值,并自动在终端屏幕上绘制电流-负荷曲线,自动计算交点位置。该方法减小了现有人工检测方法的位置误差、时间误差以及仪表误差,提高了检测数据的准确度。In this paper,a method and system of automatic detection of elevator balance coefficient by current method are designed.The principle is as follows:after the car is relative to the counterweight position,the portable wireless sensor placed on the top of the car sends wireless signals to the handheld terminal in real time,and the terminal records the instantaneous effective current value obtained after data processing of the output signal of the clamp current transformer at this time,and automatically draws the current-load curve on the terminal screen,and automatically calculates the intersection position.This method reduces the position error,time error and instrument error of the existing manual detection methods,and improves the accuracy of the detection data.
