摘 要:由于既有多层住宅加装电梯多采用无机房结构,电梯控制柜、驱动主机等大量的电气部件和机械部件均布置在狭小的井道空间,容易产生热量聚集,降低零部件使用寿命,引发电梯故障。为有效了解加装电梯井道环境情况,针对典型加装电梯井道进行了温湿度监测并进行了对比分析,提出了加装电梯井道选型、电梯设备选型和使用管理等方面的建议。Because the elevators installed in existing multi-storey residential buildings are mostly equipped with a non-machine room structure,a large number of electrical and mechanical components such as the elevator control cabinet and driving host are arranged in the narrow well space,which is easy to generate heat accumulation,reduce the service life of the parts,and cause elevator failures.In order to effectively find out the environment of well,temperature and humidity are carried out for the typical elevator well,and then to be compared.Finally some suggestions are put forward on the selection of the well and elevator equipment,and the use management.
