摘  要:针对臭氧氧化工艺处理选矿废水在高污染物负荷条件下氧化性能不足及曝气设备易于结垢堵塞的问题,采用射流曝气耦合臭氧/过氧化氢协同氧化工艺处理选矿废水,考察了澄清预处理方式、水力停留时间、臭氧和过氧化氢投加量等工艺条件对处理效果的影响,并分析了不同污染物负荷条件下的耦合工艺药剂投加量及直接运行成本。结果表明,射流曝气耦合臭氧/过氧化氢协同氧化工艺处理选矿废水效果良好,抗冲击能力强,原水经沉淀预处理再氧化,可根据原水水质变化灵活调整氧化药剂的投加量,将废水处理至不影响回用的程度。根据试验确定的最佳工艺条件为:臭氧投加量110~240 g/m^(3)、过氧化氢投加量2~4 L/m^(3),水力停留时间约30 min。经估算,不同污染物负荷条件下每吨选矿废水的处理成本3.0~8.8元,该工艺是一个有前景的选矿废水处理研究和工程应用方向。Aiming at the problems of insufficient oxidation performance of ozone oxidation process in treating mineral processing wastewater under high pollutant load conditions and easy scaling and blocking of aeration equipment,jet aeration coupling ozone/hydrogen peroxide synergistic oxidation process was used to treat mineral processing wastewater,and the effects of clarification pretreatment mode,hydraulic retention time,ozone and hydrogen peroxide dosage on treatment efficiency were investigated.The reagent dosage and direct operation cost of the coupling process under different pollutant loads were analyzed.The results showed that the jet aeration coupling ozone/hydrogen peroxide synergistic oxidation process had good effect on the treatment of mineral processing wastewater and strong impact resistance,the raw water was pretreated by precipitation and then oxidized,the dosage of oxidation agent can be flexibly adjusted according to the change of raw water quality,and the wastewater could be treated to the extent that it did not affect the reuse.According to the experiment,the optimal process conditions were determined as follows:ozone dosage 110—240g/m^(3)hydrogen peroxide dosage 2—4L/m^(3),hydraulic retention time about 30min.It was estimated that the treatment cost per ton of mineral processing wastewater under different pollutant load conditions was 3.0—8.8yuan,and the process was a promising research and engineering application direction of mineral processing wastewater treatment.
