摘  要:西藏某高钼低铅矿石具有回收价值的矿物主要有辉钼矿、方铅矿,辉钼矿粒度悬殊,与石英、黄铁矿、方铅矿等矿物连生或被包裹,嵌布关系较复杂,方铅矿粒度较细,多产出于石英,现场工业生产采用常规“钼铅全混浮再分离”工艺,存在钼精矿和铅精矿产品互含高、金属回收率低、钼精矿品位较低等问题。因此,针对矿石性质,采用“优先选出部分高品质钼精矿—钼铅混浮—混合粗精矿再磨后精选—钼铅分离”工艺,以捕收能力强的新型捕收起泡剂酯-22为钼铅矿物捕收剂进行了全流程闭路试验,最终获得了钼品位49.82%高品质的钼精矿1和钼品位45.65%的钼精矿2,钼精矿钼总回收率为90.91%,铅精矿铅品位为46.08%、铅回收率82.58%,与“全混浮再分离”工艺相比,不仅钼精矿和铅精矿产品互含低,且能获得钼品位49.82%的高品质钼精矿,经济效益将大幅提高。试验结果为现场技术改造提供了依据,同时也为以后同类型矿石的回收提供了技术借鉴和参考。Molybdenite and galena were the main minerals with recovery value in a high molybdenum and low lead ore in Tibet.The particle size of molybdenite was very different,and it was linked or wrapped with quartz,pyrite,galena and other minerals,and the dissemination relationship was complex.The particle size of galena was fine,and it was mostly produced in quartz.The conventional molybdenum-lead complete mixed flotation and separation process was used in industrial production.There were some problems such as high content of molybdenum concentrate and lead concentrate products,low metal recovery and low grade of molybdenum concentrate.Therefore,according to the ore properties,the process of preferentially selecting part of high-quality molybdenum concentrate,molybdenum-lead bulk flotation,regrinding the mixed rough concentrate and cleaning,molybdenum-lead separation was adopted,and the closed-circuit test of the whole flowsheet was carried out with a new type of collector frother ester-22with strong collecting ability as the collector of molybdenum lead minerals.Finally,high-quality molybdenum concentrate 1with molybdenum grade of 49.82%and molybdenum concentrate 2with molybdenum grade of 45.65%were obtained,the total recovery of molybdenum in molybdenum concentrate was 90.91%,the lead concentrate with lead grade of 46.08%and lead recovery of 82.58%.Compared with the process of complete mixed flotation and re-separation,not only the content of molybdenum concentrate and lead concentrate is low,but also the high quality molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 49.82%can be obtained,and the economic benefit will be greatly improved.The test results provide a basis for the technical transformation of the site,and also provide a technical reference for the recovery of the same type of ore.
