摘  要:以蒙古某低品位铜钼矿为研究对象,对矿样中铜钼矿物性质特征进行分析,针对矿石性质,通过粗选、精选条件试验及流程方案对比,推荐阶段磨矿—铜钼等可浮工艺方案综合回收铜钼矿物。结果表明,矿石中部分目的矿物以微细粒或以复杂连生体赋存,且易泥化的脉石矿物含量较高,铜钼分离作业产出合格的钼精矿主要依赖于铜钼混合精矿品质,因此,为获得较优品质的铜钼混合精矿,通过阶段磨矿调控目的矿物有效解离,优化药剂制度调节铜钼等可浮过程,采用铜钼混合浮选获得了铜钼混合精矿Cu品位高于25%、Mo品位高于1%,Cu、Mo回收率大于88%的试验指标,实现了铜钼矿物的高效回收,试验结果为该类型铜钼矿资源开发利用提供参考。Taking a low-grade copper-molybdenum ore in Mongolia as the research object,the characteristics of copper-molybdenum minerals in the ore samples were analyzed.According to the ore properties,through the conditions of roughing and cleaning tests and process scheme comparison,the comprehensive recovery of copper-molybdenum minerals by stage grinding,copper-molybdenum flotation process was recommended.The results showed that some of the target minerals in the ore occurred in fine particles or complex intergrowth,and the content of easily sliming gangue minerals was high,the qualified molybdenum concentrate produced by copper-molybdenum separation operation mainly depended on the quality of copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate,therefore,in order to obtain a better quality of copper molybdenum mixed?concentrate,the effective liberation of target minerals was controlled by stage grinding.The floatable process of copper,molybdenum and the like was adjusted by optimizing a reagent system,copper-molybdenum bulk flotation was used to obtain copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate with Cu grade higher than 25%,Mo grade higher than 1%,and Cu and Mo recovery higher than 88%.The test results provided a reference for the development and utilization of copper-molybdenum ore resources.
