摘  要:通过对某厂重选尾矿旋流器分级溢流开展锡石浮选试验研究,解决该厂重选尾矿细粒级锡石回收率低的问题。试验结果表明,通过浮选预先脱硫—锡石浮选工艺流程,在条件试验基础上,确定分别采用SN-2+TL-1和GY-C3作为捕收剂,进行了浮选闭路试验对比。以SN-2+TL-1作为捕收剂,闭路试验可获得产率7.46%,锡品位4.63%、回收率74.96%的锡石精矿;以GY-C3作为捕收剂,闭路试验可获得产率8.19%,锡品位4.21%、回收率71.58%的锡石精矿,选矿指标均良好。与实际生产状况相比,锡回收率得到极大提升。但相比而言,使用SN-2:TL-1=1:2组合药剂能获得更大的经济效益。若能将旋流器溢流改用锡石浮选进行生产,能为该厂带来显著的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of low recovery of fine cassiterite in the tailings of gravity separation,the experimental study on cassiterite flotation was carried out by using the classification overflow of gravity separation tailings cyclone in a certain plant.The test results showed that through the technological process of flotation pre-desulfurization and cassiterite flotation,on the basis of conditional test,SN-2+TL-1and GY-C3were used as collectors respectively,and the closed-circuit flotation test was carried out.Using SN-2+TL-1as collector,the cassiterite concentrate with a yield of 7.46%,a tin grade of 4.63%and a recovery of 74.96%can be obtained in the closed-circuit tests.Using GY-C3as collector,the cassiterite concentrate with a yield of 8.19%,a tin grade of 4.21%and a recovery of 71.58%was obtained in the closed-circuit tests.Compared with the actual production situation,the tin recovery has been greatly improved.But in comparison,the use of SN-2:TL-1=1:2combination of reagents can obtain greater economic benefits.If the cyclone overflow can be replaced by cassiterite flotation for production,it can bring significant economic benefits for the plant.
