摘 要:目的探讨多种微量元素注射液对危重早产儿肠外营养支持的效果及生长发育的影响。方法254例危重早产儿均分成研究组(n=127)和对照组(n=127),对照组接受早期静脉营养治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予多种微量元素注射液治疗;比较2组早产儿治疗前及治疗1个月时的血清转铁蛋白(TRF)、前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)及头围、身高、体质量,比较2组早产儿治疗期间的不良反应发生率及随访6个月时的死亡率。结果治疗1个月时,2组早产儿血清TRF、PA、ALB水平及头围、身高、体质量均高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组早产儿的不良反应发生率和死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多种微量元素注射液提高危重早产儿肠外营养支持的疗效、更能促进危重早产儿生长发育。Objective To investigate the effects of various trace elements injections on parenteral nutrition support,growth and development of critically ill premature infants.Methods A total of 254 critically ill premature infants were equally divided into study group(n=127)and control group(n=127).The control group received early intravenous nutrition therapy,and the study group received a variety of trace element injections on the basis of control group treatment.Transferrin(TRF),prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),head circumference,height,body mass of both groups before and one month after treatment were compared;adverse reactions of both groups during treatment and mortality rate of follow-up in six months.Results After one month treatment,serum TRF,PA,and ALB levels as well as head circumference,height and body mass in both groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and results of study group was higher than of control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison on incidence of adverse reactions and mortality between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion A variety of trace element injections have definite effects on parenteral nutrition support for critically premature infants and can promote growth and development for such infants.
