摘 要:为提高煤层注水润湿效果,通过菌株活化培养、响应面优化发酵条件、表面活性素提取、以及润湿特性与微观结构分析,探讨微生物表面活性剂强化煤层注水润湿性能。研究结果表明:响应面法优化后,表面活性素产量提升45%。在临界胶束浓度下,表面活性素和十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的表面张力及接触角较为接近,但表面活性素用量仅是十二烷基苯磺酸钠的3.17%;单位时间内表面活性素溶液在固-液界面处形成的表面活性剂分子数量最多,表面活性和扩散性较好,与煤之间吸附效果最好。经表面活性素溶液润湿后,煤的-OH、C-O等亲水性含氧官能团大幅增多,颗粒之间黏附团聚作用明显。研究结果可为微生物表面活性剂强化煤层注水润湿性能提供参考。In order to improve the wetting effect of coal seam water infusion,the wettability of coal seam water infusion enhanced by microbial surfactants was discussed by strain activation culture,response surface optimization of fermentation conditions,extraction of surfactin,and analysis of wetting characteristics and microstructure.The results show that the yield of surfactin is enhanced by 45%after the optimization of response surface method.At the critical micelle concentration,the surface tension and contact angle of surfactant and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)are close,but the amount of surfactant is only 3.17%of SDBS.In unit time,the surfactant solution forms the largest number of surfactant molecules at the solid-liquid interface,with good surface activity and diffusivity,and the best adsorption effect with coal.After wetting by surfactant solution,the hydrophilic oxygen-containing functional groups such as-OH and C-O of coal increase greatly,and the adhesion and agglomeration between particles are obvious.The research results can provide reference for microbial surfactants to enhance the wettability of coal seam water infusion.
