摘 要:为明确长期注水导致的油井出砂对井筒完整性的影响,研究注水出砂井管柱损伤规律和环空带压控制值计算方法。考虑出砂冲蚀及CO_(2)、O_(2)腐蚀对管柱的影响,建立管柱缺陷预测模型并进行验证。基于冲蚀与腐蚀条件下损伤类型差异,建立均匀及局部损伤条件下油管柱剩余强度计算模型,同时考虑冲蚀与腐蚀协同作用,建立注水出砂井环空带压控制值计算模型,并开展实例计算。研究结果表明:造斜段以上油管损伤原因以冲蚀为主,下部油管以腐蚀为主;由于冲蚀及腐蚀因素长期影响,在开发后期A环空控制值随油管柱抗外挤强度降低而降低。研究结果可为注采井环空带压管理、老井延寿方案的制定提供理论支撑。In order to clarify the influence of sand production in oil wells caused by long-term water injection on the wellbore integrity,the damage law of pipe string and the calculation method for the control value of sustained casing pressure(SCP)of the water injection wells with sand production were studied.Considering the influence of sand erosion and CO_(2)and O_(2)corrosion on the pipe string,a prediction model of pipe string defects was established and validated.Based on the difference in damage types under the erosion and corrosion conditions,a calculation method for the residual strength of tubing string under the uniform and local damage conditions was established.Considering the synergistic effect of erosion and corrosion,a calculation method for the control value of SCP in the water injection wells with sand production was established,and an example calculation was carried out.The results show that the main damage of tubing above the deflecting section is erosion,while the main damage of tubing below is corrosion.Due to the long-term influence of erosion and corrosion factors,the control value of annulus A continues to decrease in the late stage of development as the collapse resistance of tubing string decreases.The research results can provide theoretical support for the management of SCP in injection-production wells and the formulation of life extension schemes for old wells.
