摘  要:为探索工作-家庭平衡对新生代建筑工人安全行为的促进作用,基于情感事件理论,以工作重塑、感知工作意义和组织认同为中介变量,以班组安全氛围为调节变量,构建促进机制理论模型,并基于266份有效样本,采用结构方程模型和回归分析方法进行实证检验。研究结果表明:工作-家庭平衡能够直接促进新生代建筑工人的安全行为;工作重塑、感知工作意义和组织认同在工作-家庭平衡与新生代建筑工人安全行为之间能够起到多重中介作用;班组安全氛围能够正向调节工作-家庭平衡、感知工作意义和组织认同对新生代建筑工人安全行为的影响。研究结果可为建筑企业和劳务公司促进新生代建筑工人安全行为提供借鉴与参考。In order to explore the promoting effect of work-family balance on the safety behavior of construction workers in new generation,based on the affective events theory,a theoretical model of promoting mechanism was built by taking the job crafting,perceived work meaningfulness and organizational identity as mediating variables and the group safety climate as a moderating variable,then the structural equation modeling and regression analysis method were used to conduct the empirical test based on 266 valid samples.The results show that the work-family balance can directly promote the safety behavior of construction workers in new generation.The job crafting,perceived work meaningfulness and organizational identity play a multi-mediating role between work-family balance and their safety behavior.Meanwhile,the group safety climate can positively moderate the influence of work-family balance,perceived work meaningfulness and organizational identity on the safety behavior of construction workers in new generation.The results can provide a reference for the construction enterprises and labor companies to promote the safety behavior of construction workers in new generation.
