摘　　要：采用文献资料等研究方法,以高质量发展角度对黑龙江省冰雪经济的现状、发展困境和实现路径进行探究。研究认为,冰雪经济在黑龙江省经济发展中占据着十分重要的地位,但目前黑龙江省冰雪经济发展还存在产业政策不完善、创新能力不足、产业供给体系水平低下等问题。为实现冰雪经济在黑龙江省的高质量发展,从三个方面提出解决路径:优化冰雪产业政策供给,强化供给侧结构性改革;推动智慧冰雪发展,创新驱动冰雪经济;搭建数字化平台,促进冰雪经济全产业深度融合,旨在推进龙江经济高质量振兴发展。By using literature and other research methods,the present situation,development predicament and realization path of ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province are explored from the perspective of high-quality development.According to the research,ice and snow economy occupies a very important position in the economic development of Heilongjiang Province,but there are still some problems in the development of ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province,such as imperfect industrial policy,insufficient innovation ability and low level of industrial supply system.In order to realize the high-quality development of ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province,the solutions are proposed from three aspects:optimizing the supply of ice and snow industry policy,strengthening the supply-side structural reform;Promote the development of intelligent ice and snow,and drive the ice and snow economy through innovation;Build a digital platform to promote the deep integration of the whole industry of the ice and snow economy,in order to promote the high-quality revitalization and development of the Longjiang economy.
