快易网球教学法在哈尔滨市普通高校网球课应用的实验研究

摘　　要：为探究快易网球教学法对哈尔滨市普通高校网球课的教学效果,提升网球课教学质量,运用文献资料法与实验法对哈尔滨体育学院、哈尔滨师范大学、哈尔滨商业大学3所高校2021级网球选修课120名学生网球课教学进行实验研究。研究认为,快易网球简便易学,方法新颖,方式合理。快易网球教学法不仅能提高哈尔滨市普通高校网球课学生的学习兴趣,而且能有效提高网球课的教学质量。实验结果表明实验组正手、反手击球与发球教学效果明显高于对照组。In order to explore the teaching effect of tennis course in Harbin ordinary colleges and universities and improve the teaching quality of tennis course,this paper studies the tennis course teaching of 120 students in 2021 tennis elective courses of Harbin Sports University,Harbin Normal University and Harbin University of Commerce by using the methods of literature and experiment.The study believes that fast and easy tennis is easy to learn,novel and reasonable.The fast and easy tennis teaching method can not only improve the learning interest of college tennis students in Harbin,but also effectively improve the teaching quality of tennis class.The experimental results show that the experimental group forehand,backhand batting and serve teaching effect is significantly higher than the control group.
