摘 要:为探讨多球训练与单球训练两种不同的训练效果,通过对比实验结果找到适合儿童的训练方法进而来提高他们的羽毛球运动技术水平。本文以文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对40名10~11岁儿童的训练效果进行对比研究。经过两个月的实验干预后,实验组与对照组在正手发高远球、正手挑球、击打高远球、网前勾对角这4项技术测试上有显著差异。证明多球练习能够有效地改正错误动作及固定技术动作,能够连续不断的完成击球技术动作练习。儿童在羽毛球初级阶段采用多球练习,能有效的加强其技术水平。运用多球训练时,应合理地安排练习的强度,提升儿童机体水平,要注重练习方式的多样性,避免儿童感觉枯燥而失去对羽毛球的兴趣。This study aims to examine the different effects between multi ball training and single ball training on badminton skills among children and find a better training method.Study methods included a literature review,experiments,and mathematical statistics with a sample of 40 children aged 10~11 years.After a two-month intervention,the experimental group presented a significant improvement in four technical tests:overhead clear,forehand lift,smash,and net shot.These results suggest that multiple shuttlecock training can effectively correct faulty movements and solidify technical actions,enabling continuous practice of stroke techniques.Utilizing multiple shuttlecock training during the early stages of children’s badminton development can significantly enhance their skill levels.It is important to manage training intensity appropriately when using multiple shuttlecock training.Furthermore,diversifying training methods should be prioritized to prevent children from becoming bored and losing interest in badminton.
