摘  要:基于断裂力学理论,应用有限元法分析带有初始边缘直裂纹的二维橡胶板在单轴拉伸下的撕裂特性。采用随机顺序吸附(random sequential adsorption,RSA)算法在ABAQUS软件中生成短纤维随机分布的模型,研究网格尺寸和积分路径对J积分的影响;计算复合材料在不同拉伸载荷下的J积分值;分析了J积分(扩展方向平行于初始裂纹方向)随短纤维含量、短纤维长度、短纤维直径和短纤维取向角的变化关系。研究结果表明:网格尺寸和积分路径对J积分有一定的影响;J积分随拉伸载荷的增大而增大;在同一初始边缘直裂纹(a_(0)=6.25 mm)下,短纤维填充橡胶复合材料抗撕裂性能随短纤维含量、长度和直径的增大而提高,随短纤维取向角的增大而降低;短纤维在小角度范围内随机取向的抗撕裂性优于大角度范围内随机取向。Based on fracture mechanics theory,FEM was used to analyze the tearing characteristics of two-dimensional rubber sheet with initial straight edge crack under uniaxial tension.The random sequence adsorption(RSA)algorithm was used to generate the random distribution model in ABAQUS.The influence of mesh size and integral path on J integral was studied,and the J integral in different spreading directions was calculated.The relation of J integral(the propagation direction is parallel to the initial crack direction)with short fiber content,length,diameter and fiber orientation angle was analyzed.The results show that the mesh size and the integral path have an influence on the J integral.The J integral increases as the tensile load increases.Under the same initial straight edge crack(a_(0)=6.25 mm),the tear resistance of short fiber reinforced rubber composite increased with the increase of short fiber content,length and diameter,but decreased with the increase of short fiber orientation angle.The tearing resistance of short fibers with random orientation in small angle range is better than that in large angle range.
