摘 要:以吉首市综合管廊一期工程为背景,基于预制管廊施工回填过程中的原型观测试验和ABAQUS中的“生死单元”功能,建立管廊施工回填过程的三维动态数值模型,研究施工回填过程中装配式管廊的受力变形特性。结果表明:回填阶段管廊结构受力变形呈“两阶段”变化,管廊覆土深度小于2 m时,管廊结构整体上受力变形较小,管廊覆土深度大于2 m时,管廊结构受力变形基本呈线弹性增长;覆土荷载对预制段、现浇段、预制段与现浇段搭接3种不同断面处的管廊结构产生的纵向受力变形整体上大于横向变形,管廊结构顶板和底板跨中位置受力变形明显;就断面变形差异而言,预制段与现浇段搭接处横向受力变形明显。考虑施工过程中管廊的受力变形特性,在管廊结构设计时,对管廊结构顶板和底板的跨中、预制段承插口、尤其是预制段与现浇段搭接等部位需加以特别考虑。Taking the first phase of the integrated pipe gallery in Jishou City as the background,based on the prototype observation test during the backfilling process of the prefabricated pipe gallery and the“life and death unit”function in ABAQUS,a three-dimensional dynamic numerical model of the pipe gallery backfilling process was established and the construction was studied.Force and deformation characteristics of fabricated pipe gallery during backfilling.The results show that the stress and deformation of the pipe gallery structure in the backfilling stage show a“two-stage”change.When the pipe gallery cover soil depth is less than 2 m,the pipe gallery structure as a whole bears less force and deformation.When the pipe gallery cover soil depth is greater than 2 m,the pipe gallery structure is stressed.The deformation is basically linear elastic growth;the longitudinal stress and deformation of the pipe gallery structure at the three different cross-sections of the precast section,the cast-in-situ section,the precast section and the cast-in-situ section caused by the covering soil load is generally greater than the horizontal deformation.The force and deformation are obvious at the mid-span position of the bottom plate;in terms of the difference in section deformation,the transverse force and deformation at the overlap of the precast section and the cast-in-situ section are obvious.Considering the stress and deformation characteristics of the pipe gallery during the construction process,when designing the pipe gallery structure,special measures should be taken for the mid-span,precast section sockets of the top and bottom plates of the pipe gallery structure,especially the overlap between the precast section and the cast-in-place section.
