摘 要:为了确定某气井弹簧管压力表泄漏失效原因,用扫描电子显微镜X射线能谱(EDAX)、金相组织分析、着色渗透探伤法(PT)和体视显微镜(OM)对其宏观相貌、微观形貌、化学成分和金相组织等理化性能进行试验分析。结果表明,该弹簧管的材料是紫铜,其表面上的裂纹已穿透弹簧管管壁,属于沿晶开裂。该弹簧管失效的原因是在含有汞的天然气中,汞与紫铜发生的汞齐化以及金属的液化和脆化作用,使紫铜弹簧管的强度大幅度下降,在管线内压的作用下产生了裂纹,该裂纹在弹簧管的使用过程中逐渐扩展并穿透了其管壁,最后导致该弹簧管泄漏失效。In order to analyze the leakage failure cause of spring tube pressure gauge in a gas well pipeline,the physical and chemical characteristics such as macro morphology,micromorphology,chemical composition and metallographic structure were analyzed with scanning electron microscope X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDAX),metallographic analysis,dye penetrant testing(PT)and stereomicroscope.The results show that the material of spring tube is red copper,the cracks in its surface has penetrated the wall of the spring tube,which belongs to intergranular cracking.The cause of the failure of the spring tube is that in the natural gas containing mercury,mercury amalgamation with red copper,as well as the liquefaction and embrittlement of metals,greatly reduced the strength of the red copper spring tube.Cracks generated under the effect of the internal pressure of the pipeline.During the use of the spring pipe,the cracks gradually propergated and penetrated the pipe wall,and finally leaded to the leakage failure of the spring tube.
