摘 要:提出了用于生产73%NaOH片碱的两种低碳制备工艺,相比传统的99%NaOH片碱工艺,大幅降低碳排放,投资少、设备寿命长,基本免维护,有良好的经济和社会效益,有助于氯碱行业节能降碳。对比分析了这两种工艺的技术特点、适用范围和二氧化碳减排效果。This paper introduces two low-carbon processes for producing 73%flake solid caustic soda.Compared to the traditional technology for the preparation of 99%flake solid caustic soda,these processes are more energy efficient,lower carbon-emission,less investment and land occupation,and are hardly ever maintenance.Also,they can obtain a considerable economic and social result.A comparative analysis of technical characteristics and application occasions was made for two solid caustic soda processes,and quantitative analysis of carbon reduction was studied in this paper.
