摘　　要：介绍了采用真空脱吸工艺技术,对清净外排废水经闪蒸脱吸去除乙炔后的废水和水洗塔废水进行汽提,回收废水中溶解的氨气,生产氨水回用及外售,消除了乙炔清净废水中的异味,有效解决了乙炔车间环保超标的问题。Vacuum stripping analysis technology is introduced,the analysis of pure waste by flash after removal of acetylene wastewater and washing wastewater stripping,dissolved ammonia in waste water recycling,and absorb the production of ammonia water recycling and sales,reduce the odor in the acetylene clean waste water,effectively solve the problem of excessive amounts of acetylene plant environmental indexes.
