摘 要:介绍了英力特化工固碱装置现状,及烟气排放指标为达到环保要求进行的技术改造措施;对国内固碱熔盐炉采用的三种加热方式进行技术经济对比;对自产电石炉气的利用量进行平衡核算;采用低氮燃烧技术,将富余电石炉气作为固碱熔盐炉热源,不但可减少环境污染,使排放烟气达到排放限值要求,还使电石炉气得到充分利用,节约能源,产生较大经济效益。The current situation of Yinglite chemical solid alkali plant and the technical transformation measures of flue gas emission indicators to meet environmental protection requirements were discussed;Technical and economic comparison of the three heating methods used in domestic solid alkali molten salt furnaces;Balance accounting of the utilization of self-produced calcium carbide furnace gas;The use of low nitrogen combustion technology and the surplus calcium carbide furnace gas as the heat source of the solid alkali molten salt furnace can not only reduce environmental pollution,make the emission flue gas meet the emission limit requirements,but also make full use of calcium carbide furnace gas,save energy and produce greater economic benefits.
