摘　　要：创新军队研究生教育理论,既是军队研究生教育健康发展的内在需要,也是军队研究生教育贯彻落实新时代军事教育方针的重要举措。该文指出,应在深刻领会新时代军事教育方针丰富内涵的基础上,从把握军队研究生教育理论的创新思路,加强实证分析;建立创新机制,建立专门针对军队研究生教育理论的课题发布机制和军队研究生教育重大理论的预研机制;加强队伍建设,打造高水平研究生教育理论创新团队三个方面,推动军队研究生教育理论创新。Innovating the theory of military graduate education is not only an inherent need for the healthy development of military graduate education,but also an important measure for implementing the new era military education policy in military graduate education.The article points out that based on a profound understanding of the rich connotations of military education policies in the new era,we should grasp the innovative ideas of military graduate education theory and strengthen empirical analysis;Establish an innovation mechanism,establish a topic release mechanism specifically for military graduate education theory,and a pre research mechanism for major military graduate education theories;Strengthen team building and build a high-level graduate education theory innovation team to promote theoretical innovation in military graduate education from three aspects.
