摘 要:医学生德育是医学教育的根本,是实现培养“为人民服务”型人才的保障。实践性医德教育突出学生经历实践活动的过程,体验专业情境,亲身动手,勇于探索,勤于思考。该文通过对我国医德教育现状进行分析,探索一种“文化隐育+创新实践”的医学生德育模式。课内与该专业课程教学元素和文化价值内涵融合“,感情激发+趣味宣导”润物无声。课外创新医德实践方式,以学生管理为主体,重点设计实践体验环节,强化趣味吸引、文化装点、价值渗透。在实践中,丰富医德情感体验,促进医德知识与医德行为教育融为一体。Moral education of medical students is the foundation of medical education and the guarantee of cultivating talents with the pursuit of"serving the people".Practical medical ethics education highlights students'experience of practical activities,professional situations,hands-on,bold exploration,and diligent thinking.By analyzing the current situation of medical ethics education in China,the paper explores a moral education model of medical students with"cultural hidden education+innovative practice".The teaching elements and cultural value connotation of the course are integrated with that of the professional courses,and"emotional stimulation+interest publicity"moistens students silently.Extracurricular innovation of medical ethics practice is to make student management as the main body,focus on the design of practical experience links,and strengthen interest attraction,cultural decoration and value penetration.In practice,emotional experience of medical ethics should be enriched,and integration of knowledge on medical ethics and education of medical ethics behavior should be promoted.
