摘　　要：随着社会对人才培养的要求不断提升,教育体系需要进一步探索合理的改革措施,使授课模式能够得到深度优化,增强人才培养全面性与可靠性,使其能够积极利用专业技能,在相关行业或领域发挥支撑作用。公司金融学属于金融学专业的主干课程,目标是培养学生运用公司金融理论分析和解决实际问题的能力,该课程的教学质量对应用型金融人才的培养有重要影响。该文通过深入研究线上线下混合式教学相关内容,明确公司金融学课程改革实施环节与推进策略,为未来进一步培养高素质人才提供重要参考。With the continuous improvement of social requirements for talent training,the education system needs to further explore reasonable reform measures,so that the teaching mode can be deeply optimized,enhance the comprehensiveness and reliability of talent training,so that they can actively use professional skills,and play a supporting role in related industries or fields.Corporate Finance belongs to the main course of finance major.The goal is to cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve practical problems by using corporate finance theories.The teaching quality of this course has an important impact on the cultivation of application-oriented financial talents.Through in-depth research of online and offline mixed teaching related content,this article clarifies the curriculum reform implementation link and promotion strategy of Corporate Finance,which provides an important reference for further cultivating high-quality talents in the future.
