标准化沟通结合多元化宣教模式在入院宣教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化沟通结合多元化宣教模式在入院宣教中的应用效果。方法本院于2019年7月开始将标准化沟通结合多元化宣教模式应用于入院宣教,分别于2019年6月1日—14日和2019年9月1日—14日,在本院除儿科、ICU等特殊科室外的26个科室,每个阶段于每个科室选取入院48 h内的患者各8名,共416名患者。将实施标准化沟通结合多元化宣教模式前选取的患者作为对照组,将实施标准化沟通结合多元化宣教模式后选取的患者作为观察组。对照组由各科按传统方式实施入院宣教,观察组采用标准化沟通结合多元化宣教模式。比较实施前后护士对入院宣教各项内容的告知率、患者的知晓率及对护士和入院宣教工作的满意度。结果观察组护士对入院宣教各项内容的告知率、患者的知晓率、患者对护士及入院宣教工作的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施标准化沟通结合多元化宣教模式能有效提高护士对入院宣教的落实率和患者对健康教育内容的知晓率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of standardized communication combined with diversified health education mode on hospitalization health education in admission education.Methods Randomly selected 8 patients hospitalized within 48 hours were from 26 departments in our hospital respectively,except for Pediatrics,ICU and other special departments from June 1 to 14,2019 and September 1 to 14,2019.In the control group,every department carried out hospitalization health education in the traditional way,and in the observation group,the standardized health education mode was applied.Compare the notification rate of nurses on various contents of hospitalization health education the awareness rate of patients,and the degree of satisfaction in patients with nurses and hospitalization health education in patients with each group.Results The notification rate of nurses on various contents of hospitalization health education,the awareness rate of patients and the degree of satisfaction in patients with nurses and hospitalization health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of SBAR standardized communication combined with diversified health education can effectively improve the implementation rate of nurses′hospitalization health education and the awareness rate of patients′health education content,and improve patients′experience and satisfaction.
