摘　　要：结合临床情况,研制一种新型持续膀胱冲洗密闭式引流液收集的装置。设计持续膀胱冲洗密闭式引流液收集装置的结构,主要对收集箱的进出水口、箱体和输出管进行优化设计。该装置能避免传统开放式收集引流液装置的不足,确保引流系统的密闭性,减少外源性感染的发生率,避免环境污染、异味,提高持续膀胱冲洗的安全性和患者的满意度、护士的工作效率。To develop a new device for continuous bladder flushing close-mass drainage fluid collection in the light of the clinical situation.The design of the structure of the continuous bladder flushing closed group type drainage fluid collection device is mainly optimized on the inlet and outlet of the collection box,the box and the output pipe.The device can avoid the shortcomings of the traditional open-type drainage fluid collection device,ensure the airtightness of the drainage system,reduce the incidence of exogenous infection,avoid environmental pollution and odor,and improve the safety of continuous bladder irrigation,the satisfaction of patients and the efficiency of nurses.
