摘　　要：银行业加强和完善公司治理,是建设具有中国特色银行体系的需要,是更好服务于实体经济、服务于高质量发展的需要,也是树立良好市场形象、赢得公众信任的需要,是打基础、利根本的工作。规范、有效的公司治理是对公司经营的基本要求,对以风险管理为核心的商业银行而言,公司治理更是银行业形成有效自我约束、实现稳健发展的基石。进入新时代,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,银行业深入落实总书记“深化对金融本质和规律的认识,立足中国实际,走出中国特色金融发展之路”的重要指示精神,紧密围绕服务实体经济、防控金融风险、深化金融改革三项任务.Standardized and effective corporate governance is a basic requirement for companies.For commercial banks with risk management as the core,corporate governance is the cornerstone for the banking industry to form effective self-restraint and achieve sound development.Strengthening and improving corporate governance in the banking industry is a fundamental task and vital to building a banking system with Chinese characteristics,to better serving the real economy and high-quality development,and to establishing a good market presence and winning public trust.
