摘　　要：鼓励银行保险机构积极挖掘、用足用好自贸港资源禀赋、产业政策等比较优势,在更多后发领域和细分市场寻找差异化发展定位,推动自贸港政策与金融服务的有机结合。同时,支持多功能自由贸易账户体系建设,鼓励具备离岸资格的银行机构稳健发展离岸业务。The Party Central Committee and the State Council strongly support the construction of Hainan FTP.The People's Bank of China,the former CBIRC(the now NFRA)and other departments have also introduced a series of policies to lead financial support to Hainan's comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up.CBIRC Hainan office has also been leading the banking and insurance industry to focus on the key points,make full use of the FTP policies,and constantly improve their own service.Over the past five years,the total assets of Hainan banking industry increased from 1412.047 billion yuan to 1621.674 billion yuan,with the overall strength and capabilities to serve the construction of Hainan's FTP significantly enhanced.In the future,CBIRC Hainan Office willfurther motivate the banking and insurance sector to fully support the construction of Hainan FTP by improving the financial market system in Hainan,making financial preparations for the closing operation of the FTP and continuously optimizing financial services and other initiatives.
