摘　　要：预计2023至2032年的10年内,将有15000多艘超过6亿载重吨的船舶被拆解,这个数字是过去10年船舶拆解总量的两倍多。近日,随着孟加拉国、利比里亚成为《2009年香港国际安全与无害环境拆船公约》(以下简称《香港公约》)缔约国,《香港公约》在国际海事组织(IMO)通过15年后。Over the next ten years,from 2023 to 2032,more than 15,000 ships with deadweight capacity of more than 600 million tonnes are expected to be recycled,more than twice the amount recycled in the previous ten years.As recycling volumes increase,it is increasingly important that the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships is ratified and implemented.
