摘 要:目的分析提高新入职护士有效倾听能力的培训效果。方法选取新入职护士作为研究对象。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用5E教学模式,并采用霍德盖茨倾听能力量表等进行调查,教学后比较两组护士的培训满意度及操作考核成绩。结果实验组霍德盖茨倾听能力量表得分、培训满意度均显著高于对照组。结论采用5E教学模式有利于提高新入职护士的有效倾听能力、岗前培训效果及满意度。Objective This paper aims to analyze the cultivating effectiveness of improving the effective listening ability of newly recruited nurses.Methods Newly recruited nurses were selected as the research objects.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the 5E teaching mode.This paper adopted the Howard Gates Listening Performance Scale to investigate.After the teaching,the training satisfaction and operation assessment results of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The scores of the Howard Gates Listening Performance Scale and training satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The use of 5E teaching model is conducive to improving the effective listening ability,pre-job training effect and satisfaction of newly recruited nurses.
