摘　　要：介绍了S31254超级奥氏体不锈钢材料的化学成分、焊接特性和焊接工艺,针对焊接过程中常见的问题,提出相应的处置方法。通过对S31254的手工焊条电焊工艺评定,获得可靠参数范围,用于指导康索夫尾气处理装置S31254现场管道修复焊接。This article introduces the chemical composition,welding characteristics,and welding process of S31254 super austenitic stainless steel material,and proposes corresponding disposal methods for common problems during the welding process.By evaluating the manual electrode welding process of S31254,a reliable parameter range was obtained to guide the on-site pipeline repair welding of the Consov tail gas treatment device S31254.
