支架用冷轧2205不锈钢板微观组织演变及硬度分析

摘  要:以支架用2205不锈钢板作为研究对象,对其开展扩孔、拉伸、杯突等多种测试试验,同时对其进行X射线衍射测试、硬度表征等。研究结果表明:固溶2205冷轧板中主要由单相奥氏体组织构成,在基体内生成了部分小尺寸的碳化物颗粒;2205钢经过拉伸与冲压处理后,基体中的奥氏体发生了马氏体转变;材料硬度则跟马氏体比例呈现相近的变化趋势;冷轧态下杯突与扩孔形成了比拉伸变形状态更高比例的诱发马氏体量。The 2205 stainless steel plate used in the bracket was taken as the research object to carry out a variety of test experiments,such as reaming,stretching,cup process,etc.,at the same time,X-ray diffraction test,hardness characterization,etc.The results show that the solid solution 2205 cold rolled sheet is mainly composed of single-phase austenite structure,and some small size carbide particles are formed in the matrix.After tensile and stamping treatment,martensitic transformation occurred in the matrix of steel 2205.The hardness of materials showed a similar trend to the martensite ratio.The cold-rolled process and reaming form a higher proportion of induced Markov volume than the tensile deformation state.
