摘 要:在RH炉的原材料钢中加入铝脱氧成分,会产生多种高熔点不变形夹杂物。通过分析传统RH炉精炼中对夹杂物的变形处理办法,对比说明改进后RH炉对夹杂物的变形处理流程,并从w(Ca)、w(Ti)、探伤情况、夹杂物数量与尺寸、夹杂物类型与成分以及性能影响等不同角度,分析添加硅钙钡对夹杂物变形处理的具体应用,以期提升处理质效。Adding aluminum deoxygenation to the raw material steel of RH furnace can produce various high melting point non deformable inclusions.By analyzing the deformation treatment methods of inclusions in traditional RH furnace refinement,this paper compares and explains the improved deformation treatment process of inclusions in RH furnace.From different perspectives such as w(Ca),w(Ti),flaw detection situation,number and size of inclusions,type and composition of inclusions,and performance impact,this paper analyzes the specific application of adding silicon calcium barium to the deformation treatment of inclusions,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of treatment.
