摘  要:为解决当前高品位铁矿冶炼成本高导致钢铁企业经济效益不理想的问题,将当前低品位铁矿作为未来主流冶炼对象,在对高炉冶炼技术进行简单概述分析的基础上,重点对原料配比和燃料配比的最佳方案开展试验研究,得出最佳的原燃料配比方案。以炉顶压力为例,重点对冶炼铁矿的关键工艺参数进行优选,研究成果可指导低品位铁矿冶炼的实践生产。In order to solve the problem of high smelting cost of high-grade iron ore and unsatisfactory economic benefits for steel enterprises,low-grade iron ore is currently the mainstream smelting object in the future.Based on a brief overview and analysis of blast furnace smelting technology,experimental research is focused on the optimal plan of raw material and fuel ratio,and the optimal raw material and fuel ratio plan is obtained.Taking the top pressure of the furnace as an example,the key process parameters for smelting iron ore are mainly optimized,and the research results can guide the practical production of low-grade iron ore smelting.
