中低品位磷矿石反浮选实验研究

摘  要:目前,瓮福磷矿北片区磷矿石大多为中低品位难选磷矿石,在现场生产过程中,为满足下游磷精矿生产,北部片区矿石将加大入选量。北部片区部分入选矿石呈现灰黑色,该矿石在选矿过程中MgO指标很难控制,而且容易出现其指标在2%以上的不合格样,严重影响生产合格率。为解决这一生产异常波动情况,特开展了对该种矿石选矿实验研究。通过药剂调整、pH值调整、选矿时间和磨矿时间调整,进行降尾矿实验和调整药剂表面活性剂配比实验,得到最佳方案。Currently,most of the phosphorus ores in the northern area of Wengfu Phosphate Mine are medium and low grade refractory phosphorus ores.In the on-site production process,in order to meet the downstream phosphorus concentrate production,the ore in the northern area will increase the selection amount.Part of the selected ore in the northern region appears gray black,and the MgO index of this ore is difficult to control during the beneficiation process,and unqualified samples with an index of over 2%are prone to occur,seriously affecting the production qualification rate.In order to address this abnormal fluctuation in production,experimental research on the beneficiation of this type of ore has been carried out.By adjusting the reagents,pH value,beneficiation time,and grinding time,tailings reduction experiments and adjusting the ratio of reagents and surfactants were conducted to obtain the best plan.
