关于高炉工序能耗科学评价方法的探讨

摘  要:主要对高炉工序能耗科学评价方法进行了探讨,并提出了相应的评价方法。通过分析工艺流程,确定影响高炉工序的主要因素,然后根据分析不同影响因素对高炉工序能耗的影响程度,对实际工序能耗进行相应的调整。摈除客观因素影响,科学评价高炉管理水平,找出工艺操作、管理以及设备等方面存在的差距和问题,进而更好地指导现场进行改善提升工作。The scientific evaluation methods for energy consumption in blast furnace processes were mainly discussed,and corresponding evaluation methods were proposed.By analyzing the process flow,this paper determines the main factors that affect the blast furnace process,and then adjusts the actual process energy consumption based on the analysis of the impact of different influencing factors on the blast furnace process energy consumption.Eliminate the influence of objective factors,scientifically evaluate the level of blast furnace management,identify gaps and problems in process operation,management,and equipment,and better guide on-site improvement and improvement work.
