摘 要:简要介绍了转炉炼钢终点命中率的控制技术,从碳氧含量、出钢温度和脱磷条件三个方面详细分析了转炉炼钢终点命中率的影响因素,提出通过完善留渣操作、降低出钢温度、控制吹炼强度和进行补热升温等针对性的控制策略,提高转炉炼钢终点命中率,以期为转炉炼钢终点命中率提高及控制提供参考,确保转炉炼钢稳定作业,提高转炉炼钢生产质量和效率。This article briefly introduces the control technology for the endpoint hit rate of converter steelmaking,and analyzes in detail the influencing factors of endpoint hit rate from three aspects:carbon and oxygen content,tapping temperature,and dephosphorization conditions.Through targeted control strategies such as improving slag retention operation,reducing tapping temperature,controlling blowing strength,and heating up,the endpoint hit rate of converter steelmaking is improved,in order to provide reference for improving and controlling the hit rate of converter steelmaking endpoint,ensure stable operation of converter steelmaking,and improve the quality and efficiency of converter steelmaking production.
