Optimization Analysis of Mining and Caving Ratio in the Mining Process of Large Dip Angle and Extra Thick Coal Seams

摘  要:大倾角特厚煤层的开采难度较大,采用放顶煤综采的开采方式,采放比的参数对煤矿开采效率及质量具有重要影响。采用MATLAB仿真分析的形式对不同放煤高度下放顶煤综放开采的放出量、放出率及含矸率进行分析。结果表明,在17号大倾角特厚煤层进行开采的最佳放煤高度为5~6 m,最佳的采放比为1∶1.4~1∶2.4,在此范围内进行开采可以实现煤矿的高效高质开采。The mining difficulty of large dip angle and thick coal seams is relatively high,and the mining method of fully mechanized top coal caving is adopted.The parameters of the mining ratio have a significant impact on the efficiency and quality of coal mining.Using MATLAB simulation analysis to analyze the release amount,release rate,and gangue content of fully mechanized top coal caving mining under different coal caving heights.The results show that the optimal coal caving height for mining in the 17#high dip angle and thick coal seam is 5~6 meters,and the optimal mining ratio is 1:1.4~1:2.4.Mining within this range can achieve efficient and high-quality coal mining.
