摘  要:针对某钢厂铸造起重机主梁腹板门开孔处的开裂问题,查阅起重机相关设计资料,对起重机翻包作业时主梁所受的载荷进行详细的分析和研究,确定材料的S-N曲线,并对材料进行静强度和疲劳强度分析计算,找出门开孔处的疲劳寿命远远低于主梁设计寿命的原因。通过对原开孔结构形式进行优化设计,使其疲劳寿命与主梁设计寿命趋于一致,经多年的实践验证,基本未出现开裂问题,为今后铸造起重机金属结构的设计提供了可借鉴的经验。Aiming at door tapping cracking problem in webs of main girder for ladle crane,relevant design material is looked up.The load on the girder is analyzed and studied in detail while crane turning the ladle,with the material S-N curve confirmed.Analytical calculation is conducted on static strength and fatigue strength.The reason that fatigue life of door tapping is far lower than fatigue life of main girder is analyzed.By means of optimal design on original tapping structure,fatigue life of door tapping and design life of main girder are made unanimity.The practice verification in number of years proves that the cracking problem has been solved,which provide referential experience for the metal structure design of ladle cranes in future.
