摘  要:因高炉炉缸碳砖侵蚀严重,威胁到高炉安全生产,故对新钢2500 m^(3)高炉采用空料线炉顶雾化打水停炉操作。由于停炉前做了充分的准备工作,使本次料面顺利降到了风口,计算料面降至高炉炉腹区域,煤气成分φ(H_(2))大于12%时停止回收煤气,全程回收煤气量310.7万m^(3);炉顶雾化打水装置雾化效果较好,实现了安全、环保停炉,减少了噪音和环境污染,为今后的停炉操作提供了宝贵的经验。Due to severe erosion of carbon bricks in the blast furnace hearth,which poses a threat to the safe production of the blast furnace,the empty material line top atomization water pumping shutdown operation is adopted for the 2500 m^(3) blast furnace of Xinyang.Due to sufficient preparation before the shutdown,the material level was smoothly lowered to the tuyere,and the calculated material level was lowered to the belly area of the blast furnace.When the gas compositionφ(H_(2))was greater than 12%,the gas recovery was stopped,and the total gas recovery volume was 3.107 million m^(3).The atomization effect of the top atomization water pumping device is good,achieving safe and environmentally friendly furnace shutdown,reducing noise and environmental pollution,and providing valuable experience for future furnace shutdown operations.
