提高首钢长钢8号高炉利用系数的生产实践

摘　　要：首钢长治钢铁有限公司炼铁厂8号高炉于2022年4月7日大修开炉后,高炉利用系数与同级别高炉对比存在一定的差距,针对此,通过采取精细管理、优化四大操作制度、强化出铁组织等操作,使8号高炉的利用系数从3.306 t/(m^(3)·d)提高至3.546 t/(m^(3)·d),取得了较好效果。After the No.8 blast furnace of the ironmaking plant of Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was overhauled and opened on April 7,2022,there was a certain gap in the utilization coefficient of the blast furnace compared to the same level of blast furnace.In response to this,the utilization coefficient of the No.8 blast furnace was increased from 3.306 t/(m^(3)·d)to 3.546 t/(m^(3)·d)by adopting precise management,optimizing the four major operating systems,and strengthening the iron production organization,achieving good results.
