摘  要:对钢包烘烤的重要性及烘烤的类型进行论述,阐述了目前生产状态下影响煤气消耗的主要因素。通过建立最优“待投钢包烘烤曲线”、创新班组钢包烘烤动态管理、建立“班组竞争机制”、提高钢包整体管理水平等降低待投钢包烘烤时间的措施,提升了整体的管理水平,达到了降低煤气消耗的目的。The article discusses the importance and types of ladle baking,and expounds the main factors affecting gas consumption under the current state.By establishing the optimal"ladle baking curve to be put into operation",innovating the dynamic management of team ladle baking,establishing the"team competition mechanism",improving the overall management level of the ladle and other measures to reduce the baking time of the ladle to be put into operation,it can not only improve the overall management level,but also reduce the gas consumption.
