炼钢用合金收得率的提升控制实践

摘  要:通过跟踪转炉工艺控制,分析改变炼钢合金化方式对合金收得率的影响,发现影响转炉合金收得率的主要因素有转炉冶炼终点钢水氧化性和温度、合金加入顺序、钢包吹氩状态;通过采取降低冶炼终点钢水温度和氧化性、优化合金加入顺序和时间、调整吹氩参数等措施,使转炉合金化操作中硅、锰、钒元素的收得率得到提高,其中,硅元素收得率稳定在85%以上,锰元素收得率稳定在90%以上,钒元素收得率稳定在95%以上。In this paper,the effect of alloying method on alloy yield is analyzed by following the process control of converter,it is found that the main factors affecting the alloy yield of BOF include the oxidation property and temperature of the molten steel at the end of BOF smelting,the order of alloy addition,and the status of argon blowing in ladle.The yield of silicon,manganese and vanadium in the alloying operation of converter is increased by reducing the temperature and oxidizing property of molten steel,optimizing the order and time of alloy addition,adjusting the argon blowing parameters,etc.,the yield of silicon is more than 85%,the yield of manganese is more than 90%,and the yield of vanadium is more than 95%.
