摘　　要：介绍3500 mm炉卷生产线矫直机区域自动化系统的二级系统所实现的功能,具体描述矫直机二级系统框架,重点研究与矫直相关的信息流模式。二级系统旨在与其他系统合作,以便作为自动化操作指南克服生产中的异常干扰情况,通过生产反馈显示和分析提供实时过程监控。This paper introduces the functions of the leveler's secondary system of the regional automation system of the 3500 mm steckel production line,describes the leveler's secondary system framework in detail,and focuses on the information flow mode related to straightening.The secondary system aims to collaborate with other systems to serve as an automated operation guide to overcome abnormal interference situations in production and provide real-time process monitoring through production feedback display and analysis.
