摘  要:对损纸浆塔不锈钢复合板局部缺陷后的堆焊修复工艺进行研究分析发现,缺陷修复工艺除了需要选用适当的焊接工艺外,还需要采取合理的防变形手段以及相应的过渡层处理措施,在控制复合层变形量的同时,确保过渡层不出现过量元素迁移偏析,保障堆焊区质量,避免裂纹生成。在完成损纸浆塔复合层缺陷修复后,采取相应的检测手段,验证缺陷焊接修复工艺的合理性、可行性。A study and analysis of the welding repair process for local defects in the stainless steel composite plate of the damaged pulp tower found that in addition to selecting appropriate welding processes,reasonable deformation prevention measures and corresponding transition layer treatment measures need to be taken to control the deformation of the composite layer while ensuring that there is no excessive element migration and segregation in the transition layer,ensuring the quality of the welding zone,and avoiding crack generation.After completing the repair of defects in the composite layer of the damaged pulp tower,corresponding detection methods are taken to verify the rationality and feasibility of the welding repair process for defects.
