摘 要:为了扩大市场,满足客户以热代冷需求,某钢厂中宽带670轧机,从设计厚度1.8~7.5 mm,拓宽到最薄1.3 mm规格。依据现有设备,参照以往试轧的生产经验,进行优化,产品轧制方案分3个规格进行试轧,材质为GR50-11,规格分别为1.8 mm×380 mm、1.5 mm×393 mm和1.3 mm×410 mm。1.8 mm和1.5 mm规格轧制成功后,进行轧线设备能力估算,发现轧制材质为GR50-11、规格为1.3 mm×410 mm的带钢时,超出F6轧机设备能力,无法控制产品板型和精度。于是,材质更改为Q235B,再次轧制1.3 mm×410 mm规格,产品一次试轧成功。对下游客户进行走访,了解后期应用情况,客户反映可以满足以热代冷需求,达到客户使用要求。In order to expand the market and meet the needs of customers to replace cooling with heat,the 670 wide strip rolling mill in a certain steel plant has been expanded from a design thickness of 1.8~7.5 mm to the thinnest specification of 1.3 mm.Based on existing equipment and previous production experience in trial rolling,optimization has been carried out.The product rolling plan is divided into three specifications for trial rolling,with GR50-11 material and specifications respectively 1.8 mm×380 mm,1.5 mm×393 mm and 1.3 mm×410 mm.After successful rolling of 1.8 mm and 1.5 mm specifications,the equipment capacity of the rolling line was estimated and it was found that the rolling material was GR50-11 and the specification was 1.3 mm×410 mm.When using strip steel,it exceeds the capacity of the F6 rolling mill equipment and cannot control the product shape and accuracy.So,the material was changed to Q235B and rolled 1.3 mm×410 mm specification again,the product was successfully rolled in one trial.Conduct visits to downstream customers to understand the application situation in the later stage,and customers have reported that it can meet the demand of replacing cold with heat and meet their usage requirements.
