摘  要:对汉钢2280 m^(3)高炉降低燃料成本生产进行总结,于2022年对高炉进行提煤降焦技术攻关,通过采取优化燃料结构、加强入炉料质量管控、固定高风温操作、合理上下部调剂、稳定炉温控制、降低生铁硅偏差、调整冷却制度、减少渣皮脱落等技术措施,使高炉生产指标得到显著提升,煤比由122.7 kg/t提高到162.0 kg/t,焦比由412.5 kg/t降低到367.9 kg/t,燃料比由535.2 kg/t降低到529.9 kg/t,吨铁燃料成本降低了75元,每月产生的经济效益为1350万元。This article summarizes the production of fuel cost reduction for the 2280 m^(3) blast furnace of Han Steel.In 2022,the blast furnace was targeted for coal raising and coke reduction technology.By adopting technical measures such as optimizing fuel structure,strengthening quality control of incoming materials,fixing high air temperature operation,reasonable upper and lower adjustment,stabilizing furnace temperature control,reducing deviation of pig iron and silicon,adjusting cooling system,and reducing slag peeling,the production indicators of the blast furnace were significantly improved.The coal ratio increased from 122.7 kg/t to 162.0 kg/t,the coke ratio decreased from 412.5 kg/t to 367.9 kg/t,and the fuel ratio decreased from 535.2 kg/t to 529.9 kg/t.The fuel cost per ton of iron was reduced by 75 yuan,resulting in a monthly economic benefit of 13.5 million yuan.
