摘　　要：针对渣处理脱水器溜槽积渣板结的问题,对脱水器现有的筛网清理系统加以改造,在溜槽内增设空气吹扫和水冲洗管道,用电动控制阀门和时间继电器实现对溜槽内积渣部位的定时清理,实现了对溜槽的有效清理,保证现场的干净、整洁。In response to the problem of slag accumulation and solidification in the chute of the slag treatment dehydrator,the existing screen cleaning system of the dehydrator has been modified.Air blowing and water flushing pipelines have been added to the chute,and electric control valves and time relays have been used to regularly clean the slag accumulation areas inside the chute,achieving effective cleaning of the chute and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness on site.
