摘　　要：某炼铁事业部烧结厂1台320 m^(2)双室四电场电除尘器投运多年后,由于设备运行不稳定、结构腐蚀等诸多问题,已不能满足新的排放要求,需进行提效改造,并提出改造方案。升级改造后,各项参数数据正常,系统整体运行安全、稳定、高效。After one 320m^(2)dual chamber four electric field electrostatic precipitator was put into operation for many years in a sintering plant of a certain ironmaking business unit,due to many problems such as unstable equipment operation and structural corrosion,it can no longer meet the new emission requirements and needs to be improved.And a renovation plan is proposed.After the upgrade and transformation,all parameter data is normal,and the overall operation of the system is safe,stable,and effective.
