摘  要:针对轧钢厂行车运行中遇到的问题,对机械触点接触器和无触点接触器的优缺点进行对比分析,提出了对行车的主钩系统、大车系统和小车控制系统进行改造的方案,使用无触点接触器,通过西门子200 SMART小型PLC进行集中控制。将主钩、大车控制柜作成模块化,适合不同容量的工作环境。改进后,逻辑控制集中,输入、输出简单明确,大大降低了维护难度。新控制系统完全符合原操作标准,保证了行车的安全稳定运行。In response to the problems encountered in the operation of the crane in the steel rolling mill,the advantages and disadvantages of the original mechanical contact contactor and contactless contactor were analyzed.A plan was proposed to renovate the main hook system,crane system,and trolley control system of the crane,using contactless contactors for centralized control through the Siemens 200 SMART small PLC.Make the main hook and crane control cabinet modular,suitable for working environments with different capacities.After improvement,the logic control is centralized,and the input and output are simple and clear,greatly reducing the difficulty of maintenance.The new control system fully complies with the original operating standards,ensuring safe and stable operation of the vehicle.
