摘　　要：针对汾西2208工作面破碎顶板及冒顶事故多发现状,综合利用现场调研、理论分析等研究手段,对汾西2208工作面在推采至895 m时发生的一起严重冒顶事故进行应急处置。在对工作面前方煤体破坏情况及注浆可行性进行分析的基础上,设计使用马丽散注浆加固方案来处理冒顶事故,并细化设计了钻孔布置方案、钻孔参数、浆液参数及注浆关键要求,仅用时3个小班的时间就完成了打孔、注浆及后续的处置等工作,快速完成了冒顶事故的处理,实现了预期的安全及技术目的。In response to the frequent occurrence of broken roof and roof fall accidents in the 2208 working face of Fenxi,a serious roof fall accident occurred when the mining depth reached 895 meters in the 2208 working face of Fenxi was urgently dealt with through on-site research,theoretical analysis,and other research methods.On the basis of analyzing the damage situation of the coal body in front of the working face and the feasibility of grouting,a Malisan grouting reinforcement plan was designed to deal with the roof fall accident.The drilling layout plan,drilling parameters,slurry parameters,and key grouting requirements were detailed and designed.In just three small shifts,the drilling,grouting,and subsequent disposal work were completed,and the roof fall accident was quickly handled.The expected safety and technical objectives have been achieved.
